The old room had a close coupled WC and a cream raised panel vanity unit, with stripped walls and vinyl flooring by the time our team got started. None of that stayed. It was a full strip out down to bare walls and floor before any new work went in.

The finished room is built around a wall hung WC with a brass flush plate, and a wood vanity unit topped with marble. A round countertop basin sits on the marble top, paired with a brass wall mounted tap. The walls are tiled in a grey brown marble effect, which runs behind the vanity and up to the WC. Both the WC and the vanity are wall hung, so the floor runs clear underneath.

Brass fittings run through the room, on the tap, the flush plate and the other hardware. The 3D visual drawn in the showroom set out a wall hung wood vanity with brass fittings, and the finished room follows the same layout with the tiling changed to the grey brown marble effect used on site.
